SENDING A PHOTO

Send A Photo In Cairns

Don’t live locally? Not to worry, send through your precious photos via registered post (with insurance) and we will restore them on-site at our Cairns photo lab. We restore, preserve and frame photos to your exact specifications.


Not sure where to start? Get in touch with us today to discuss your photo restoration needs. A 50% deposit of the quoted price will be required before the commencement of all services.

  • Option 1

    BY EMAIL:

    Send a digital file to Complete Photo Restorers as an attachment by email. NB: The combined file size of attached images to be no larger than 9MB.


    SCANNING & FILE SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Scan the original photo in full colour at 300dpi (even if it is a black & white photo)
    • Save the scan as a maximum resolution .jpg file
    • Complete & save the clientinfo.pdf
    • Attach the .jpg file and the clientinfo.pdf file to an email and send it to us - an Email will be returned with a notification of receipt.
    • If you would like to send a file that is larger than 9MB, please use our quotations form and you can send it with the form as an attachment

    IN THE MAIL:


    Package your original photo carefully to avoid damage in transit.


    MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:


    Please REGISTER the package for ease of tracking.


    NB: Complete the clientinfo.pdf - print and include with the photo.
